MyProxyHosting strives to bring you (the client) 100% uptime, and we manage to meet that goal every month.

MyProxyHosting guarantees a minimum of 99.9% server uptime for each month. We are so sure that we can offer you such a high standard of service, that if our server doesn't meet our expectations, then the hosting is on us.

MyProxyHosting will credit you with 5% of your monthly bill for for every 15 minutes of downtime (up to a max of 100% of your monthly bill).

We only have the following exceptions to this SLA:
- Downtime due to Customer Fault
- Downtime due to Maintenance of our Network
- Voluntary Downtime (such as downtime associated with service upgrades) - Will Be Announced Beforehand
- Downtime due to DDoS, Attacks, Exploits or Hacked Servers.
- Downtime due to Natural Disasters (Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Tornadoes, etc.)

Credits awarded to an account can be used to pay future invoices for hosting services.
